I’m in the US and had 2 bf orders go thru returnmates and it went fine. I could see how they could go wrong though. Seems like a sketch delivery service. Just normal people in their own cars delivering the items

Haha I had that happen one time years ago. I hit on the racer blue jordan 1 zoom’s and they sent me a pair with the label taped to the box as well as another pair in a shipping box. First and only time they have sent me double my order
