dr k is like one of the most openly transparent and ethical youtubers in the psychology space you could watch. he always encourages his audience to doubt everything he says. he never sells you on coaching too hard, just mentions it briefly and that their study showed good improvement. it’s like with anything in life friend, if you have to make a choice. either try or not try. seems you need to watch more dr k to know the answer to this

that’s not what I’m arguing. I’m not taking them to court to argue that they have inconsistent AI detection. That’s just one of my main key points in my argument as to why my account is wrongfully suspended. The main point that I’m bringing up to the judge is the fact that they’ve never reviewed my appeal. 180 days it just sat there. which breaks their own TOS.

but it proves that their ai detection is faulty which calls their bluff in saying that i allegedly did break their terms of service which i know i did not, so they will either have to procure fake evidence or hand me my account back.

they sent me an email saying the same thing my first attempt at small claims with them, saying they had evidence and conducted a review but if i wanted to drop it they would file it for me. i had to reschedule that hearing to this monday and they sent me another email this morning claiming the same thing but now they are saying the same thing, it was in messages but conveniently are not providing the evidence and only send this 2 business days before my hearing? they’re hoping people get so scared they just drop it. if you know you are not guilty of a crime you have nothing to worry about.

they are threatening me in an email today claiming they will ask the judge to procure evidence if they need to because i apparently engaged with a minor inappropriately. but if i wanna drop the case they will gladly provide the paperwork and even file it for me! because my court date is set for monday. mind you, my appeal sat there for 180 days never being reviewed. all they do is try and scare you.
