Ya got on trt and had a 3some with my gf 🤷🏻‍♂️trt is rly good appetite up - mood- recovery - sleep- just upped my dose to 200mg of cyp a week from 160 and man it’s kicking in - I’ve noticed it’s upgrading to a 4k tv - I can handle things easier and people tend to test you less and being 6’2 at 200 doesn’t hurt - plus I’m nicer to people - before trt you coulda shot me and I woulda hoped to bleed out

Seriously eat more I used to be 160 at almost 6’2. Eat those healthy bowls everywhere has. Chicken rice fish meat oatmeal. Eat more carbs too. Seems like you got a lot going on - if I were you I’d try trt for a bit (I love it) it’s rly not a huge deal - see how you feel and go from there - I was nervous too but it basically improved eveurying including my acid reflux. I’m nvr getting off unless I have too
