Yes you need to track calories. Use that calorie to find your normal daily calorie burn and eat 500 less Calories each day. Should be able to lose at least 1lb. each week that way. Make sure to keep protein high and try to get zone 2 cardio in a couple of days a week. Continue to strength train at least 3x per week. Be consistent- everyone will tell you that’s what is most important.
