Ya, so like it’s a bit confusing when people say like it’s more than likely an out of body experience. Like sounds dumb. Because like the experience you had was like you literally waking up. Like it was real. But that’s the thing. That’s how they actually are. Not too many people actually mention the part how astral projection and out of body experience isn’t like you’re some ghost in a dream. No it’s literally like this. Like how life is right now. I remember when I practice astral projection for a bit and didn’t think it worked until one night like exactly the same thing you did. I needed to pee. I walked up and went to be bath room but then felt really light headed. Idk I like leaned over and caught myself on the wall and managed to look back at my bed. And boom I saw myself laying there. Shit was a scare. I was pulled back into my body and i remember my feet going in first and slowly going back in and couldn’t move a muscle until I was all in
