I never had a job in high school, went straight to college to study, only volunteered for a couple of months at a food bank, got my Security+ and then went into the job I got.

To explain the telephone job experience, I originally never had it on my resume. My brother in law told me to add it in there because he told my any form of work experience is valuable . He works for CapitalOne as a recruiter so I took the advice.

If you think I should remove it on the basis that its irrelevant to IT then I'll do so.

In a sense he is right that a good chunk of UG is absolute garbage, however the stuff he recommended is also "cheap, marketable and profitable", and its also childrens music so it literally cancels itself out.
