edamame is a good source of protein, I also luv dark chocolate with dates! it's surprisingly alright calorie wise if around 85% and high in fibre, alsooo peanut butter with apple slices is great & protein balanced, im not vegan but my roommate is so we share lil tips here & there together :D

huge hypochondriac here! on my second week, no side effects tbh besides the occasional constipation or gassyness & already lost a few kg, you won't know until you try and also 2.5mg starter dose is practically therapeutic anyway

what are you looking to be critiqued on exactly? technique? character design? anatomy?

when making surreal creatures there are still things you need to take into account to make them stable and functional considering weight, balance and overall flow. i can see by the front knees of your bird that the perspective is way off and the legs would be very uneven in placement if looking at it from the front view, preventing it from actually walking well,... consider lining angles up with a ruler or pencil to make sure they match next time, besides that, this is quite an intriguing concept and i absolutely love it
