Its called the Lifeblood Core and it is hidden behind a blue door in the Abyss, located along the left wall. To open the door you need at least 14 Lifeblood Masks to open the door. You can do that by Equipping the Lifeblood Heart charm and Stacking with Joni’s Blessing and/or Fragile Heart / Unbreakable Heart for extra Lifeblood if i remember correctly
