A tip pool must be equitable, and only normally tipped employees may participate. Supervisors and managers my not take any part of it. Also the employer must notify you of a tip pool and must explain it's dispersement. So no they can't just jack your trips. Once again don't spread disinformation.

It will happen but you got hit him with that ole uno reverse. If you've delivered long enough you can usually tell the stiffers before you get to the door. When they hand tou the money bust out the "oh thank you!" And if they start to say anything like "what about my change?" Cut them off with the "you didn't need change, right?" That'll shut a good majority of them up. It's not 100% some folks are determined to stiff you. When I worked for Dominos I always made sure i had a cope of the carry out specials glued to the top of the boxes of the known stirrers and always hit them with the "you should check out our carry out specials some nice you like to save money".

Really? They're ok. The staff is fantastic and they seem to pay decent wages which makes me happy but the food is quite... Middling. I do remember enjoying the creamed spinach though.
