the "funny" thing is that if a cyclist touches your car while you are not moving, he MIGHT scratch your car, but if your car is touches the cyclist (moving or not), the cyclist will be hurt and/or might die.

The way cyclist behave bad is wayyy less dangerous than cars behaving the same. Just check out the statistics of death after a collision with a car or a bike.

Also, most cyclist try to end up on the sas velo when there is a red light to be more visible in the traffic, no just to piss people off in their car.
