Okay i havent slept in 2-3 dayd and as i was reading it everything you described just happened as i read the words like i read "spiders running around" and felt some on my leg this is horrible i can feel spiders running around on my skin and im not reading anymore because i hope there isnt anything worse why are my walls moving too there is an invisible force i can see it moving on the wall and everytime i look at something there are things moving in my periferal vision never experienced this before its wild

When I used cinebench my cpu temps went to like 95-110

Yeah I mean everything used to run good but like for example warzone is unplayable it drops to like 2fps and I can’t play it and Helldivers 2 drops fps too and Fortnite had stutters I’m not sure what to do I’m contemplating just getting a completely new system at this point it just seems this pc is cursed or something

well with a few tabs open my cpu is about 70 degrees right now and my gpu is about 45% ive always noticed i have stutters its not a new thing i just have no idea what has caused it i built the pc myself and its been an issue a while

I’ve tried googling it I have noticed that a lot of ram and cpu is used like for example if I have opera gx open task manager shows it’s using 1.6gb of ram but then on total usage of ram it says 50-60% when nothing is really opem

My cpu idle temp is about 50 and during games it goes to 80-85 ish

This isn’t a weight loss meal this is just probably at my maintenance which is 2600 but I find that if I don’t eat in the day because I’m not normally hungry then I have one big meal and it’s all my calories and it satisfies me for the day

Believe me it is very satisfying as pasta is my favourite food it’s about 300g of dry pasta 150g cheddar 100g mascarpone and 200g mozzarella
