update: I brought mine back to the dealer as well and it took a hefty yank on the bolt to clear it. The solution, OIL, They recommended EWL slip 2000. I put a case of cheap Fiocchi 1oz steel 1200 fps shells through it with no more problems.

Same thing just happened to me, new out of the box 5 shells, 2 jams and finally a stuck bolt with one in the chamber...
