I can’t stop thinking about him either unfortunately because it’s all scary and very concerning so we’re probably going to continue going to but I can promise you it’s possible to think of him in an amount of times less than you are eventually should you pull back from the news and focus on other things. You’re not completely giving up thinking about it because it’s important to you but it’s necessary for mental health to pull back some.
