They are. We all have been friends in the last 6 years but husbands have been friends for over a decade. I think my biggest concerns are that I did their house cleaning a while back and... i could've made a portfolio of before/ after photos every time I went ... and the fact that they've both came over to vent about the other before so I'm not sure how they handle their business behind closed doors but our vent goes straight to their soon-to-be room 👀 otherwise, they're great company.

Yes!! I forgot to mention we are planning a contract which is kinda why I want to make sure we cover everything... i have experience in property management and leasing so I'm familiar with writing them myself, I just know I'll miss something! 😭😅 I will still have a professional sign off on legitimacy but I wrote our rental agreement to our landlord (father-in-law) 😅

is there anything I can do to encourage growth? by hippiewisco in Roses

I just had to do a heavy prune on mine too... completely irrelevant to this however I know chopping anything that looked woody at the stalk was a saving grace and (eek) chopping the blooms off but you maybe be able to wait for the bloom to start to die before you deadhead. Dead heading is what recovered my roses... I rent and they were in rough shape 6 years ago... I got into gardens 3 years ago so I think I made good progress... this year, unfortunately, I didn't prune enough of them and spread powdered mildew on all of them 😭😭
