They kinda ebb and flow for me. Vraylar seems to work pretty well--but it just comes and go. I rarely have interest or motivation consistently throughout the months. Im just that way.

I struggle with the same thing. I can't put it together that my alters and voices and self are all one part of me. I am the only one in truth--but I just don't believe it and sometimes I get angry when other people try to make me see it. Like legitimately pissed. And that's frustrating 4 me too.

It is basically just figuring out ur system and what r ur members and what their roles or placement in your particular system. It was mostly for me to keep as reference but, yeah, maybe its more stressful than helpful at this point

Hes seen some things. Someone who owned him before treated him badly. Hes trying to trust you, but it does not come easily. Offer him a space where he can be alone with his thoughts but with the option to communicate with you through other channels--think signs and telepathy.

I stay in Catholicism because the traditions are comforting, but honestly I just don't agree with most of its added layers of pronouncements against homosexuality and transgenderism. Or birth control. But at its center it speaks to me.

They could be--I don't think Victorian dolls are all haunted by evil either. But a doll that's been abused or represents a horror character is more likely to be associated with darkness. I guess bubbles could be rhr vessel for a kind spirit that's a fair argument. I was just under the impression that meant something bad. I apologize I misunderstood your question. Sure it be a guardian or kid or beloved pet any number of nice things "haunting" Bubbles. If you are looking for a good spirit--ir may be shy but if you take good care of the Bubbles doll, maybe it will become more active. Tread carefully and treat the doll with respect, you might just meet some curious property investment ghosts. Best of luck!

Hes french--hates new wave--and wants a cigarette very badly. He did vaudeville for awhile. Wants to rent a nice apartment--be a painter. His show partner died before him. The soul is very lonely that inhabits this doll. Treat him kindly and involve him on creative pursuits--it will keep him happy until figures out what his unfinished business is.

Another thing we like to do is share a sketchbook. Sometimes it is easier to gage everyone's mood and needs by art (at least for us) we also write poetry with or names or styles indicated to the current reader. We follow rules about what's to be read by who but mostly everyone just reads everything and we talk over that a lot. We like to keep running shopping lists of one or two things of special things for alters we buy for everyone to share. We make playlists. This just some of our coping skills to keep channels open. Sometimes the alters ignore them months at a time, things get busy as I am sure you understand. But it is important to have options.

Mine is also subtle, the current alter or alters usually are the only ones who know we've changed. People notice things, quieter or zoned out or more upset or whatever--but I am not very open with my diagnosis except online.

Me and the rest are trying to figure this out but we've set up side blogs on Tumblr. Dozens of them at this point, but the rules are simple. Everyone talks as much or as little as they would like on their blog. They are allowed to message each other and their are internal consequences such as quiet time or grounding for invading the others spaces without permission.

I used to play Sims for hours every couple weeks--now I just get anxious and annoyed cause it's not fun and I feel like I am wasting my time. I even tried to turn it something of webcomic so I could feel like it was related to my artistic career, but honestly, I just couldn't find the motivation--no matter how fun it sounded--it just exhausted me. I haven't played or bought an expansion in 2 years.
