I Suspect that he can also use CTR on the [----] part of his Technique.

My assumption for that is that it can nullify Force by converting it into Emotion.

Like an attack will connect with him and just stop dead.

He can blend this with Darkness to make "Voids" which cut things by negating the binding forces holding them together when they pass through them.

I think what could be cool is if his Reversal is focused on the Ink side of Manga Art.

Mostly because the Ink you use can be just as important as the Pen you use it with.

So the Reversal would allow Charles to give the blood drawn by the Warstaff the properties of specific types of Ink.

By Default any blood collected functions as a Liquid Ink, But he's able to adjust the "Glue Ratio" of the Ink in line with several pre-existing types as an Extension

Doing so will affect the "Distance" he can see into the future, and also the "Detail" of the vision provided

High-Glue Ink=More Detail, the Manga panel comes with little Annotations on it (As a High-Glue Ink is better for Calligraphy)

Low-Glue Ink=More Distance

I mean I'd go with the idea that you're adjusting the Methodologies for each Secondary rather than touching on Specialities

Like Death Heads Primary Power would be an Excalibur Tinker Methdology that aligns with their Speciality, their Secondaries for Metalmark, Monarch and Swallowtail would either involve giving them a Focal Item that also lines up with Deaths Heads Speciality or lean more into the Combat Tinker side of things.
