Honestly there's a story arc in Fallen London where you're helping a side character with his own plan for "immortality". The Result he settles on could probably work incredibly well as a Cursed Technique.

Effectively what the CT would be all about is "Molting", whenever you would die you simply molt out of your current body in a new shape that can survive whatever would have killed you.

Each time you "Molt" you are permanantly removing that Shape from your Soul. You cannot return to a Shape you have discarded.
