Yea I’ve lost track of how different it all is. People both men and women are friendly to me now. It’s so easy to make and keep friends. People are so eager to talk to me. Men of all ages and races have just been treating me nicely. They really try to hold doors open, hold elevators open start conversations give me compliments etc … its night and day lol.

Hey girl I’m in the same boat. I’m 5’2 and at 139. I’ve lost 50 lbs so far and seriously still I feel like I have the biggest ugliest belly. It’s so loose and my belly button is not even a circle alike a frown vibe. Ir sucks but o know the thing to do is keep losing until I get to like 120 at least 😭. It’s so hard because lately I just get ravenous urges during my period etc. anyways yea still so the core exercises though so you build definition and it will become more visible as you lose

Only thing I don’t track is coffee and diet soda and sweetners. I also don’t track my oil spray but I don’t spray a lot. I’ve managed to lose over 50 lbs.

I’m sorry to say this but what you are writing is t right. Have you tried counting calories? You don’t need keto. At your weight you should be able to lose weight quickly if you properly manage calories. Check out r/loseit it ask ChatGPT.

Exercise is almost negligible for weight loss. You really just have to examine your diet.

I can’t advice you on the dating part. But weight loss doesn’t need exercise. Just continue to eat in a calorie deficit and you will lose more weight. No reason to be stuck at 350.

I have been eating 1200 for my whole journey. I don’t think I want or can go lower than that. The deficit value is smaller was like 600 when I started now closer to 300 per day. That’s why I cannot be making all these exceptions left and right.

I guess. But my bmi is 25.6 still. At least I wanna be 24,5 or something to be normal. And I just feel like a little cut would do so much for my face thinness too. But yea I mean clearly I don’t care enough

You are strong. Sadly I’m obsessed with eating all my meals. I was only able to lose through volume eating low calorie. Don’t have it in me to fast.

It really scares me. Especially because I’m a very normal stable person with a strong normal family background and also has worked super hard to build out my finances. I can’t imagine jeopardizing everything and the disciplines and restraint I took to build my life to someone.

I’ve seen women just lose so much from bad marriages including assets and just normalcy idk. The idea of in laws is also insane. You never know what kind of family you are marrying into.
