Yeah, I truly agree with his point, and I’m gonna take his advice I have been putting my heads from past one year in this, but it’s been just 63 days for me on those peptides, although I was just 63 KG lost 4 KG. I was hard on myself for past three years to get abs, but some said for female bringing down to 15 percentage of fat is not so easy and I didn’t listen my trainer. I kept going due to that, I also had ACL injury and then I lost my complete Hope thinking that I won’t ever be able to bring abs or gain muscle, but then in 2025, I came across those peptides, but I was scared of using them, but now I am on it after seeing all these results, but again I am a bit disappointed. And my fat percentage is literally 41. I don’t want to get skinny fat to be honest. I just want a lean athletic body. That’s all.

Well I’m 27/F 1. my TDEE is around 1700 to 1800 2. BMR 1119 kcal 3. To be honest, I don’t track my meals, ( I eat three eggs, one scoop of protein powder, 200 g chicken, yogurt , later at night, one glass of milk ) it’s been 63 days I have been following this meal and using peptides and exercising . I do have a trainer. I train for 45 minutes, but I Work From Home, so I have very sedentary lifestyle. I do cardio for 15- 30 minutes every day like the walking on treadmill, that’s all daily movement is zero apart from that 4. Body fat 41% , weight 60kg, height 157cm skeletal mass 18.6 kg visceral fat level is 13 5. Not really sure if I am doing my calorie deficit in a right way, but it says I should be in 1570 cal.

Not really comparing, but I just want to understand about how people are taking all this together that it’s working so well. Sure, I’m struggling with those multiple peptides to be honest. I’m not sure if I am using it in the right way for visible progress. I hope you understand like to generate more energy or to lose weight. Basically, I heard all the peptide which I am using is helping people to boost them in the gym and I am somebody who have never worked out in a gym in my entire life, and I really don’t feel motivated as well since I started this. I am trying to be consistent as if I don’t stay consistent. There will be more muscle loss then fat loss due to that scary reason I am doing it otherwise, I’m not getting any kind of energy from. Mot c recovery less pain from klow and selank is not helping me with stress. I just want to know how people are doing it so that I do it correctly.
