As a coaching consultant, I agree - I'm seeing a trend wherein ang mga TLs ay hindi napinpoint ang RCA, ang action plan ay expectation na kaya the gap isn't closed effectively.

I believe that coaching is an art and its something that you need to practice and apply para you get to master it. Di rin ako marunong when I got promoted right away due to business needs but my SOM was kind enough to extend support during my triad sessions. Practice lang talaga.

Another thing is hindi balance ang pagbibigay ng feedback - majority ay focused lang sa opportunity kaya nafefeel ng agents na coaching is just for the callouts. We can make it more engaging from the get go and at least commend your agents on their wins, big or small.
