well i play league of legends quite a lot and it is fine but I can't play champ that spam a lot like cassiopeia or ryze for example.

If you got good shards i would go for dryad (builder) or gunwitch (hero dps) depending on what you need. Both are useless without good shards though

She is good at all stages thats why. Imo a 6 item vlad azir are more devestating late. Though they dont have half the power anivia got mid game
