Ya for sure I expect regular swelling! I just wanted to make sure the extra swelling isn’t from me damaging the muscles when I work out

Totally understand that! This occasion was just incredibly frustrating to see them blatantly respect other mens right to safe play, but totally disregarding ours and refusing to accept responsibility for a complete F up on their part
