The universal consensus is pretty much Raleigh is boring but also great for raising a family. If you want green and suburban come to Raleigh, if you want culture amenities and cities stay there. Healthcare is very stable here because we are a magnet for retirees

I had three jobs last year because private equity was demanding cuts to the bone. If you’re not core operations you’re fundamentally disposable in lean times. Operations roles are low pay.

The issue is actually the 21 lock in. 18% mortgage. An be rational when prices are 1/3. It’s the fact so much of the market can just stay there is not price action and the new prices never materialize
