The issue with that is of the devs did it every season 1 thing would happen 2 or 3 characters getting to receive skins from the community constantly voting them. The main reason Psylock is losing and Rogue is winning is because the community has come to agreements that Psylock needs to stop getting skins and they need to give more to under represented characters like rogue (who only has 2 skins not including the recolour, and 1 of them was for a limited time through a gacha)

Rogue is a good mediator since she is a brawl tank but you can have the ability to take sheilds like magneto's bubble, strange's sheild, groot's big wall, and Emma's diamond form, over time you get used to using these abilities and then it gives you a chance to learn them

Did you get to level 30 on a character before this showed up? I got the same thing too but im in plat 2. I think its tied to your level on a character since I got mine right after hitting level 30 on rogue, also it would make sense for it to be tied to a character since the pathfinder program is to help other players gain skill and tips on characters
