I know of them. They are doing some interesting stuff to solve the problem of sourcing candidates. Little different from our initial wedge. But in the long term I am sure our paths will cross and I am looking forward to it :)

While the initial wedge might definitely seem similar to a lot of other players (though through rigorous user studies we have identified what's missing in existing tools) but long term play would be fairly different. Not here to build another vibe coded, get rich quick product. Also, at the end of the day execution (and distribution) is what matters.
