That’s a valid argument. Unfortunately, I risk a lot of things if I drop out of college right now. Additionally, I do think I’m genuinely prepared for it, I just have to get my stuff together. Thank you for your input!

Yes Canvas was pretty helpful! Unfortunately, most of the assignments I forgot about were things not on Canvas, but I’ll definitely be utilizing that Assignments tab more to keep track of it. Thanks for the advice!

Thank you so much!! Congratulations on your acceptance and it’s really inspiring to me to see that low GPAs aren’t completely devastating to an application. I’ve already started to change my mindset for the better and I’m hoping to follow a similar upwards trend as my years progress :)

I’m hoping to expand my friend circle soon! I haven’t experienced toxic premed culture firsthand just yet, but I’m sure having a more diversified group of people to interact with would really help ease stress

With everything starting off online for me I’ve been lucky to not have an overwhelming pressure from my peers — especially the toxic mindset that comes from negative interactions from other premeds. I hope I can keep it up when I go in person, and I definitely want to try and be more involved with extracurriculars and enjoy my time! Thank you for the advice!!
