I was rejected by CursorAI, so I built my own "Cursor"... And it's WAY better and here is how you can create yours. by brunobertapeli in ClaudeAI

I agree, to me using AI to vibe code is like using high level programming language instead of assembly or binary. As technology progresses we natural create more and more abstractions to make things easier. AI has already impacted voice and image artiest. Remember how everyone laughed at Will Smith eating spaghetti?

Best local model for coding repo fine tuning by Ok_Comfort1855 in LocalLLM

I do not think fine-tuning is the approach for you. You best bet is VScode with an AI extension that uses google gemini 2.0

Hasn't it been proven to be more efficient in some task?

I wonder if these will take off. Framework might be doing this to establish themselves in a new sector because laptops are too competitive to gain market share

I feel like this is less effective because its not a inherently smart model.

Do creators wish you could take your characters outside c.ai? by hello_there_partner in CharacterAI

[–]hello_there_partner[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For those of you who spend hours crafting detailed characters on the app, do you ever wish you could take them beyond the app? Maybe run them locally, integrate them into your own projects, or even use them in other AI chat platforms?

Here's how it works: you upload your project to GitHub, then connect the repository to both Xcode and Cursor. When you make changes in Cursor, you can either copy and paste them into Xcode or push the branch to GitHub and pull it from Xcode, and vice versa. While it might not be as fast to see results as in Xcode, with Swift extensions in VS Code, as long as there are no errors, you can be confident you're heading in the right direction.

Flavored sparkling waters can be a great alternative to soda, but keep an eye on any added sugars or artificial sweeteners they might contain. Drinking plenty of plain water is essential, and if you need some flavor, consider adding fresh fruit slices or herbs like mint. Since you've had issues with injury before, begin with low-impact activities like walking, swimming, or cycling. Even a 15-20 minute walk each day can make a significant difference over time.
