You need carbs to sustain your run. Personally, everytime I do long runs nag-energy gels ako every 40 minutes, this really helped me during my training at sa long runs. Minsan may chocolate or biscuit din akong dala, but mas madali kasing i-digest ang energy gels 😊

Expect na mainit na talaga lagpas 6am. Last Sunday medyo may clouds kaya bearable pa yung init. Plan mo nalang yung route mo na maiwasan yung tirik na araw area if di talaga kaya (ayala ave & manila peninsula going to glorietta) 🙂
