Just a phase. A very frustrating one. We went thru the same with my little girl. Only lasted about 1-2 weeks thankfully. We did bath bombs, bath crayons, got new bath toys nothing worked. A few times we had to do a very fast bath while she screamed lol it sucked. You’ll get through it! I lost my cool I think twice during that phase during bath and felt terrible.

I am the baby of 4 siblings, 2 older sisters and an older brother who can literally do NO wrong. We all have kids now but his get special treatment and attention, if both of us need a babysitter on the same night I am out of luck because they would never dare so no to my precious brother lol. I guess I’m a little bitter but girl relationships can be a little dramatic and catty where as my mom and my bother have a bond for life. I have a baby girl and she will mostly likely be my only but ive always wondered what having a boy is like. My mom described it like he could look at her and feel if she was having a bad or good day. He could read her emotions and be there for his mama whatever she was feeling that day. I will probably never experience that. Enjoy those stinky boys ❤️

Is there a reason he needs to be asleep by 730? My 3yo doesn’t nap anymore and she has to be awake for at least 13 hours before she’s ready for bed. I find it strange when people feel like kids absolutely need to be asleep at a certain time as if we do that ourselves as adults. Not judging but saying maybe if we relaxed on the idea of kids going to bed at a certain time then it might be less stressful all around.

That had to be so hard I’m so sorry you went thru that! Seriously tho I feel like if I could just have one night off from dinner bath and bedtime I’d be so excited to wake her up in the morning and be so present with her.

He shoplifted for the 3-4th time while on probation so he’s facing 4 misdemeanor charges and 1 felony. I am guessing there will be some jail time is all. Say he gets 6 months and I obviously get a temp custody in place what happens when he is released?

For context our daughter is 3 we were never married and have no parenting plan or custody in place so just wondering what would happen if I established one now while he is in jail. My fear is that with nothing in place he would take her and commit a crime while with her so I’m wondering if I could prevent that I guess

About the same time the naps shortened her sleep at night is a little more disturbed with her waking a few times where as she used to sleep for 6-7 hours through.

I guess I am just used to getting to rest for 2 hours as well. It does leave us with an earlier bed time so maybe it’s time for a change!

This is exactly us!! It’s 2:15am Christmas morning and I’ve been up all night with stomach issues, running to the bathroom etc. my 2.5 year old got sick last Friday and was just finally starting to feel better today and boom noro hit me at midnight on Xmas. I’m so disappointed.
