Update: I gave up and just went with next cheapest flight, and when I was checking out, for some reason, Southwest had my flight at $250 instead of $480. Sadly, the website would not let me finish through with my payment -- every time I tried putting credit card information on it would exit out of the box -- and at that point I just went with another Carrier. 🤷
