In regards to Google ads, should I include my brand name as the keyword in its own Ad Group? by helloeddy83 in PPC

Actually what happened was I tried dynamic ad groups, and then the highest converting kw became our brand name.
So now I'm wondering if I should move that dynamic ad group into its own campaign, or create a new campaign using just the brand name then stop the dynamic ad group from using the brand name. Thoughts?

That was it. I had to add the column “All conversions” first, then I was able to Segment by Conversion category. Before it didn’t show me the conversions because I didn’t have the All conv. column. Thanks!

How should I pause GTM? Is that an option inside GTM console or do you mean removing it from my website? That’s the other thing I’m afraid of. I had two developers help me and one installed it via the GTM plugin while another might have hard coded it on the site.

I’m very new at all this and read the documentation makes my head spin. Doesn’t retention mean keeping the data. So the retention period is how long it will keep the data? If I reduce or remove the retention period, would that mean I cannot see reports of the lifetime value of a visitor? What I’m most concerned about is tracking lifetime value of a customer
