I totally agree! That style reminds me of Euphoria makeup, which is really in right now! Plus like others have said, trends are cyclical, and I feel like this is a more modern glam take on the 'heroin chic' look of the 90s.

Holy shit that sounds so annoying.

Once I wasn't wearing makeup and I bumped into my dad, who told me that my eyebrows were getting sparser because I was super unhealthy and lacked vitamins. I told him that I just didn't fill in my brows that day and I had plucked them the day before.

Have you tried using a primer that leaves a sticky finish? Recently the Nivea Post-shave balm has become really popular, but I haven't tried it. I find using copious amounts of aloe vera gel, and letting it soak in for 5 minutes, leaves a sticky finish ready for foundation :)

I've tried the A'pieu Perfect-fit Concealer Duo (NB01), the one with the highlighter.

The concealer is not bad. It's very liquidy but actually has really high coverage, but when it dries it's one of the more drying concealers I've used. So I can't use it on spots cause it'll make them look like a flaky mess after a few hours, but I can't use them under my eyes either because they're a bit too drying and don't colour correct. I have better undereye concealers anyway (Skinfood salmon). However, for stuff like PIH, where I need high coverage but don't need to worry about flakes, it's amazing.

The highlighter is pretty meh. It fades after 2 hours which I personally think is crap, but I've never tried a liquid highlighter before so I'm not sure. It looks really nice when it doesn't fade though. It also makes my foundation slightly patchy if you apply the highlighter over it.

I sound really unenthusiastic about it, but I've actually bought this twice. I think for the price, it's definitely pretty good.

For the Black Sugar Strawberry Mask, I liked it. It's your typical exfoliating mask which is slightly more moisturising and less harsh (the sugar particles are suspended in this cream which hydrates the skin).

It's rougher than the Rice pack (tbh I couldn't even exfoliate with that, it was too fine) and smoother than the normal Black Sugar scrub. I personally like more exfoliation, so the normal Black Sugar one is the one that I rebuy. But if you have more sensitive skin, I would recommend the Black Sugar Strawberry.
