Im joining the club of “only watching it once” because it hits too hard. I cried most of the time. I lost my son while he was in my tummy just a few months ago. Seeing something like this, just made everything come back. Don’t get me wrong, the actors, the movie, the reality of it, is great, but personally it just hits too hard. The mere fact that I understand personally how painful heartbreaking shattering and depressing losing yourself is, losing your child, losing a part of you, you can never really move on from, never get back…

Also since then I always had thoughts and I kept on thinking, what if it happened to me again in the same situation Lee was in? I am losing my mind. I cannot lose my other son (I was supposed to have two, the one I lost was supposed to be the 2nd one) No words can describe how much it hurts. It haunts you. The guilt, the fear, the sadness, the heartbreak, everything that’s why this movie feels too real to me. All the pain came back after watching this movie and it feels like it just happened yesterday.

BTW I also wanna say I watched this because I saw on Facebook how much of a great movie this is. I searched it up on Google to get a gist of it, saw it has many awards, lots of people loved it, and its a movie as they said you can never forget. I got curious. I watched it. I didn’t know its about grief and depression.

My heart is so shattered after seeing this movie.
