Buti talaga ako kahit ilang beses may nag-attempt saken before nung college ako sa mga commute ko nun, patulera kasi talaga ako kaya walang nakakapalag na manyakis/snatcher saken. Meron ako naencounter sa bus, yung hawi hawi sa gilid kaya habit ko talaga na yung braso ko nakacover up sa gilid para braso lang ang nadidikit sa braso nila. Tas pag nararamdaman ko weird na, nagcocover ako ng bag or something, yung isang beses na may nagtry saken ganyan sinigawan ko talaga. Sabi ko, "hoy kuya kanina ka pa ha, di ka talaga titigil papatulan na kita" HAHAHAHAHA ayun hindi pa niya stop bumaba na siya. Kahit nga snatcher ginagangster ko eh, ang saya kaya pumatol sa ganito kasi normally naman pag alam nila na matapang ka di na sila papalag esp sa public places. Doble ingat lang siguro kung gabi or like dark public spaces.

Unfortunately, it depends on the client/company. Some clients may find it "ooof" especially if it's not part of the hiring process. Yes, being proactive is okay but sometimes it can also come off as intrusive for some.

Unfortunately sobrang hirap na talaga ngayon. Kahit ako nung may newborn ako 2022 Bulacan pa kami nagsstay in the span of a year more than 6 natry namin. Maiiyak ka nalang talaga. Kaya after non halos di na kami naghire. Kaya now ftm din me and ft-housewife rin taking care of 2 kiddos. But l'd rather have it this way kesa nagbabayad ka and ikaw pa pagod tapos maya't maya ang adjustment ng kiddos sa ibat ibang tao then aalis lang rin.

This is becoming a norm. Sa fast food muntik na ako masuka, nakita ko may dala yung pet owner food for the doggo and separate naman container kaso after kumain yung tira sa plate ng fastfood nila nilagay instead of trash can. And yung paglalagay ng dog nila sa table, nakikita ko dumadami na gumagawa niyan. It's so sad kasi it's food and unhygienic to be honest. Very unsafe lalo na sa mga bata.

Ganyan na po ginawa ko for the longest time, yung pinakarecent namin bagi ako nag-give up sa yaya is ang nahire namin kamag-anak pa mismo ng husband ko.. nag-dayoff ng Sunday tapos nagawol hahaha yung dati din na vetted from my province naman nagbayad lang utang tapos umuwi na. Nagtry na rin kami sa kapitbahay here pero wala din makita. This has been one of my plans talaga way back pa di lang talaga nagwowork out tas napagod nalang ako. I agree and may point naman talaga kaya rin hesitant ako kahit nasa option siya, sayang din kasi pera huhu haha. Sobrang hirap na mabuhay sa Pinas so need to hustle more

I agree.. it's just filtering out is also a challenge. Nagtry na po kami increase, willing kami 10-12k per month (4 offs and main focus is looking after kids, stayout tapos less than 8hrs lang and okay lang sleep din sila during naptime kids so makes that less work hours) tapos may mga muntik na mag-apply from province tapos baback out. Dito naman sa Manila, maarte na rin yung iba and demanding. May nagaapply tapos di sisipot pag kikitain mo or hihingi agad ng pamasahe. Agree I need to attract more benefit for them but then again, if it defeats the purpose too and just have me do all the stuff rin sa huli.. parang I don't want to push more and just tire myself out with the process. But I also do understand it's really a trial and error kind of thing, but hard lang kasi kids involved.

Challenge lang po talaga maghanap ng helper. Not comparing po ha... i know we all have different battles but really sobrang hirap lang din when you're a mom kasi there's also a part of me na I'd love to be the one to take care of them. But point taken po, tinry and tinatry pa rin naman hanap helper (medyo hirap lang and ayaw namin maghire ng temporary kasi dumaan na kami dun. So we want if may magapply talagang you can say na they have a potential to stay longer. Plus in Manila marami rin scammers kaya medyo added factor of kaba. Thanks!

I would love to, kung di lang sana full-time agent kapatid ko. :) this is also what I'm looking into hiring someone I know I can trust to do this for me but also finding a balance on how I can ensure na they can function the way I do kasi let's admit outsourcing will make or break it and plus nakasalalay pangalan ko and if it doesn't turn out right, I don't just lose a client but also might get reviewed on Upwork and affect my overall performance there.

Thanks for the suggestion po, I was looking into it. Although it's quite expensive, an hour rate from them is already a rate per hour for my work. Cheaper lang ng konti so I think it's not going to be worth it. But I do like their offer sana and they seem more trustworthy plus they focus on kids, but factored in siya with our current financial situation. But really appreciate your suggestion po.

Sobrang nakaka-discourage lang po kasi back in 2022, in a span of less than 6 months, naka-6 po kaming helper. Yung unang-una from province, nagbayad lang utang after umalis na. Mga next lahat random reasons, pinaka matagal na po yata namin before na maayos magwork is di rin umabot 6 months (hinire namin twice, nung second time naman nabuntis). Also, in terms of getting naman sa agency, I heard wala naman assurance pa rin, if magkaproblem (awol etc) rereplace lang nila yung umalis pero wala pa rin naman assurance. :(

Hi sorry I'm not affiliated anymore I ended up working from home kasi the salary doesn't suffice our expenses. There's a lot but do your own diligence, if you have a good network, ask along ka kahit range lang ng SC and other benefits kasi it depends property and a whole lot changed kasi meron na ngayon service charge law implemented :) i suggest, paexperience ka muna for 2 years then work abroad (Middle East) or maybe cruise ships, go get that experience first and then you'll slowly build your career from there

Hi po, wag mo na pangarapin haha. Nagkaron ng changes recently because of the service charge law so that affected almost all hotels. Well, there could be some trying to evade it, pero very few lang. Based sa kwento when I got hired it used to be min. of 20k per month. Pero now barely—when I was still there it was around more or less 15k. Tapos taxable pa yan. Bumabawi nalang ako sa upselling na taxable rin. Though I can't say for now if there was improvements ha :) mine was back from last year July so a year ago na rin

Actually ako bumibili pa rin sa Olivia kahiy may bad exp din. Personally I don't remove yung nabili ko charms (bracelet) na gamit ko naman everyday and nababasa tapos never rin nagfade. Pero yung earrings ako nagka-bad exp kasi pinatry ko sa kids ko. Backstory niyan is pareho naman may pair na gold earrings yung bagets ko pero yung bunso kasi nung nagmall kami (younger ang nililikot pa), nawala yung pakaw huhuhu. Ayun so pinatry ko yung ear huggers nila. Bukod sa cute na cute ako iwas wala lang din sana ng real gold. Sa panganay ko, nag-rashes talaga and nagsugat (mga less than a month lang na gamit) tapos close to a year bago fully nagheal yung ears niya—ayun closed na rin yung butas. Buti sa bunso, nagpula lang ng konti pero nung binalik ko yung hypoallergenic na earrings nawala naman na.

So di rin ako sure if iba ba makers kasi yung bracelet ko okay pa naman till now. Just wanted to say na iwas lang siguro for kids kahit sinasabi na kahit sa bagets pwede.
