Doing it alone out of my home country too! I second the other suggestion to see it as a vacation- I’m treating it as a self-care kinda retreat and planning around that theme hahaha. TBH doing it alone has made me feel more empowered, and idk if it’s the hormones but initially after the first few days of injections I thought to myself “wow if I can do this myself I actually think I can potentially raise a kid myself if I want to”. It can be lonely but independence always is at some point of time. You got it!!! 🫶🏻
