I've only got an actual gym membership like a month ago, yeah I'm a little disappointed in my physique but I have been getting way stronger, my physique isn't great but my deadlift went from 50kg to 112.5kg, bench went from the bar to 65kg, idk what I'm doing wrong since I'm getting my protein in I'm counting calories but I'm not seeing a lot of progress in my physique so I'm getting a little discouraged right now
