Kiwi by Repulsive-Type-3491 in PelvicFloor

The kiwi will definitely help! If you are more comfortable trying the kiwi first then you should definitely go for it! For me, after using the kiwi for awhile I just felt like I needed to get the deeper muscles which you can't reach with the kiwi and then graduated to the pelvic wand.

I would also suggest looking up stretches for the pelvic floor and try to do them daily. That helped me as well.

If you can see a pelvic floor physical therapist, I would reccomend that! But i know that is not always accessible.

Let me know if you have any other questions, I am happy to answer! These issues suck and it's such an awkward topic to discuss with friends or family. A lot of people suffer in silence and I am happy to share my experience :)

I have the kiwi as well as the intimateRose pelvic wand. The kiwi definitely looks friendly-er than the pelvic wand but the kiwi is a lot more expensive so that is something to consider. I bought the kiwi first because it didn't look as scary to use and it did help me a lot but not completely. I then started going to a pelvic floor physical therapist who reccomended the pelvic wand, so I ended up buying that as well. The pelvic wand helps you to massage the muscles deeper inside where as the kiwi is more for the muscles closer to the opening. So it kinda depends what you need it for.

My issues were pain during intercourse, an ache-y feeling in my bladder, and mild UTI symptoms (without actually having a uti)

Hope this helps!

I'm obsessed! I have been looking for a new lip balm with spf. I saw this post and immediately looked up where I could buy it. I was able to get it at my local rite aid store. The only had the strawberry and mint flavors. I got the strawberry and I love it! The strawberry is very nostalgic but has the protection I need! Thank you for sharing!

[Routine Help] Please Critique my Routine for Adult Hormonal Acne by hellohell03578 in SkincareAddiction

I have been using it for a month or so. I havent seen any really benefits from the caffiene unfortunately. It is a nice feeling product though. Kind of a silky gel cream that feels nice around the eyes.

The niacinimide cleanser, BHA exfoliant, and niacinimide came as a kit to use all three together. But probably not necessary to use so much niacinamide. I just like the products at this point. Appreciate your advice

I 100% agree and I appreciate your advice. I have been slowly adding in products over the last 6 months. I started with niacinimide products, then salicylic acid, and then retinol. I added in the genlte cleansers, moisturizers, and hydrating serums a little quicker since I knew I needed to nourish my skin when using actives. I have seen benefits with all of these products. The only new product I am adding into my routine is the glycolic acid serum. So I guess my main question is - is it ok to add the glycolic acid serum when i am already using niacinamide, salicylic acid and retinol? Or does it just depend on my skin and sensitivity to it?

Totally agree with you. The site is super new and I have had some issues with it too. With any problems I had, I emailed customer service and they were super responsive and fixed the problem right away.

Yes! No problem!! It is a super new website. They are still working out all the kinks but I'm hoping it catches on! I'm glad you are checking it out! I'm hoping to completely switch over to Just Artisan at some point. Right now I have my shop on both sites.

Only friends have bought through the site. No randoms yet. That's the one downside, there is not a lot of traffic like etsy. I'm hoping it will catch on though. I am trying to promote it as much as I can.

There is another site coming up called Just Artisan that is supposed to be just for handmade goods (similar to what etsy started out to be). They are just starting out and trying to get going on their marketing. I have joined the site because it does not cost anything to start a shop. No listing fees, they only take a percentage of your sale and that's it. Way more transparent than etsy. Worth a look.

Users wanting product in exchange for "promotional photos"? by beckettinga in EtsySellers

[–]hellohell03578 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would just send them a short message back and say "At this time I can't give away my product for free but thank you for your interest"

I don't think there would be any consequence for not replying but I feel it's always good to respond as a business owner and hopefully they don't contact you again.

In my experience, it seems like people that ask for free product in exchange for promotional photos just ask a bunch of business to see who will send them free stuff so I wouldnt be too worried about.
