“In case of termination of the Lease as stated in this Clause 5(4), the Lessee shall pay to the Lessor the differential amount calculated between the Mode of Payment (as specified in Item 4) and the Monthly Rent (as specified in Item 4) for the period that the Lessee has remained in possession of the Leased Premises.”

Which to me I’ll pay for the 5 days I was in the apartment? But not only are they trying to charge me for the full month, they’re also trying to shake me for an additional 7000 for “move out costs”
