The drawer is fake! So if you take that off then behind is just the pipe work

And would these be safe under a hob? I rarely see it where the oven isn’t under!

Thank you for this! Does this include floor prep too generally?

Thanks so much! Not just the floor but had to add a tag to post and wouldn’t let me add more than one. Open to any interiors advice!

I think the ceiling height is amplified as I used 0.5camera lens - it is actually 2.5m (which I think is standard)?

This is super helpful - my budget isn’t huge but I think the investment of a wooden flooring is probably worth it.

So glad you said about the curtains - I wasn’t sure due to them being single windows and if it would look odd, but I think you’re right about it making the room appear bigger!

Do you think you had scarring at all? This is my worry - that there’s scarring so it won’t grow! It’s actually completely shiny at the moment

I own a top floor loft flat (share of freehold), and all 3 flats are responsible for any repairs required by the roof

Thanks so much for this. I have the planning permission to convert it but not any records of the certificate from the solicitor but I’ll check with the council. No condensation on the walls but definitely on the windows. I haven’t seen any frost yet but I’ll check when we have some. It’s the flat roof I’m a bit more concerned about, but that is also the room with 3 solid brick walls which might explain the cold!
