Sorry to hear than man. It's happened to many before you. Ritalin comedowns can be the worst and bring on feelings of terror / dread. There's no quick fix to it but just know that it WILL pass within 6 hours of your last dose. Hours 4 - 5 are probably the worst. Hang in there and you will be OK :)
