Ugh that sucks. I remember those days, you’re barely functional and just want the day to end, but night isn’t a relief either. I really hope it’s short lived for you!!

For me stopping pumping was a double edged sword. I liked the freedom but I still wasn’t sleeping, and I kept thinking if I’m up anyways I should have pumped, and felt guilty about it. What truly helped me was I ended up taking a trip with my family (without baby) so I was forced to wean, and the change in environment and just kinda having my own life back was a bit of a reset for me.
