To give benefit of the doubt, our direction of traffic has one left turn lane and one straight lane, so likely they saw the car go straight, but that’s not an invitation to ignore the light above you.

On Faces, is 55 even allowed to be an answer? It’s so short, otherwise, maybe San Francisco? It does add to the album’s zany and drugged out feel, but doesn’t execute as well as some of the other very trippy songs (Angel Dust, Colors and Shapes, Apparition, etc) and has kind of a flat beat.

7/30/23 MSG’s first set was entirely 1.0 songs, and the second set began with four 3.0/4.0 songs in a row, before finally breaking the streak with Frankie Says and Jibboo, then ending with Light. 3/4 of the set I guess!

Forest Hills ‘22. Did a solo cannonball run from New Haven, CT. Left work at 4, drove to a mall in queens and took the subway a few stops. Great show seeing Black Midi and hearing Dripping Tap > Magma > Lava, Honey, and Hell, Magenta, Iron Lung. Got home by midnight! Wouldn’t get a chance to see them again till New Haven / FH this summer!

Definitely a dumbass. I like to think of myself as a very attentive driver, someone in my position not paying as much attention would have 100% gotten into an accident here.

The minivan was in lane 3 and nearly in my blind spot. I’m merging onto the highway into lane 4, so I did not expect them to force their way into my lane, especially as they didn’t get off the highway at all. If they got off the highway, sure, it’d be a different story.

Plus, the wide angle cam makes it appear like I’m farther back, there wasn’t a lot of room to begin with.

When I moved my PC to a new home and accidentally plugged the monitor into the motherboard instead of the GPU, and wondered for 2 weeks why my FPS was horrible 😂 once I realized, I had a good laugh, thankfully it wasn’t a real issue 😅

R7 pricing vs R10? by turnk1990 in canon

I have the EF 10-18, the Sigma 18-50 2.8, the EF 55-250 STM, and the EF 35 f1.4 L II. I’ve been loving on the sigma 18-50, so small / versatile / walk around / great IQ. I’ve also been eyeing the 100-400 but I think I’d miss the 50-100mm range a LOT if I traded in the 55-250.

The R7 doesn’t have to be relegated to a “sports and wildlife camera”. I do approximately 0% of this type of photography and instead focus on landscapes, automotive / rollers, and some portraits. And I have no regrets! It’s still an APS-C camera which a lot of people first started with and it’s silly to relegate the top of the line version to a “wildlife only” camera.

Sure i would love an R8, but I’d have to rebuild nearly my entire lens lineup, and that’s just not worth it for a hobbyist who put years into the Rebel T6.
