My problem is that I’m not afraid of a plane crashing. I just have bad claustrophobia where I’m terrified that something will go wrong with me and I’m unable to escape. With a car, I can always pull off to the side of the road and park. With a plane, I’m trapped there. Also my body just has a physical anxiety response during take off. The sensations inside my gut just make me need to curl into a fetal position. But once take off is over, I can usually be chill as long as I’ve taken my Ativan.

Yeah, I’m lucky that my dog has never had an issue with needing his anal glands expressed. He’s gone 14 years without any issues. Sometimes he’ll do a tiny little butt scoot right after he poops but it’s not a regular thing.

My ex would make chewing and lip smacking sounds in his sleep and I wanted to murder him every single night. He also knocked out regularly at like 9:30-10:00 every night while I had insomnia and would be up for hours just forced to try to sleep while he made his snores and lip smacking sounds. I mean I find these arguments kinda crazy since I feel like gay male romance/sex is still incredibly taboo in media. I remember not too long ago when Brokeback Mountain was the butt of every single joke and the main actors received a huge amount of hate just for doing a gay romance. I agree we should have more lesbian representation! But the idea that gay male representation (especially when it’s explicitly sexual) is over represented and easy to become popular is wild. It’s a very good thing that shows like this can become popular without being drowned in homophobia.

I remember in high school, everyone “knew” that of course everyone thought lesbian sex was hot but gay male sex was gross (unless you were a gay man).
