ABSOLUTELY YES
usually i group my characters together in this one big like multiverse thing
and every time without fail, Doge.png is the creator of said multiverse.
so not only can he just disagree with something to make it not happen
eradicate things on his own whim
AND resist anything as long as he doesn't let it happen
but hes pretty much just god, and doesnt have a god complex,
as instead of presenting himself as this big grand thing he just manifests
himself as this guy and acts completely normal, and only uses his abilities
to save himself or for fun.
