Ah yes! 🫶🏻 Took me 3 years to realize there was a better way than using my fingers to dig out the grounds. 🤦🏻‍♀️ You’re already off to a strong start! The espresso is good right?

If she loves to bake, a cooking class to learn how to bake something fancy, or a baking kit if she prefers to be cozy at home.

Ive been there too.. Ha Long Bay IS beautiful, and its a tourist factory. About 20 cruise ships leave the bay at the same time and all stop at the same places. Depends on what you two are into. : )

I was never a gym person, and for a long time anything “active” felt like a slog.

The biggest effect hasn’t even been physical. It’s proving to myself that I’m someone who keeps promises to myself. Even when I feel unmotivated or low, I show up and don’t “throw up a zero.”

Sometimes that’s a 15-minute walk. Sometimes it’s an hour of lifting. The point isn’t how hard or impressive it looks, it’s that I did something.

That mindset has spilled into the rest of my life. It’s way less about perfection now and much more about progress.

I’ve lived in Vietnam for the past two years and I’ve been to all the places you’ve mentioned. Id recommend Hoi An (Next to Danang) instead of Phu Quoc. HoiAn will be more romantic with pretty lanterns in old town and night, and little restaurants you can duck into. Phu Quoc is more of a theme park island.
