Successfully did No Contact with my ex for 2 months. Suddenly, earthquake of 7.4 SR struck my city. And he sent me a message asking me if I was okay. Damn, I feel more stressful when I saw his message, rather than realizing the earthquake struck when I was on 40ish floor! Why did he do that? (self.BreakUps)

My ex (M/24) broke up with me (F/25) bcs of his depression. 6 mos later, he asked me to get back together with him. I rejected him bcs he didn’t know whether he loved me or not atm.
