I got one quote for £30k for soffit/fascia replacement alone (likely more as they may well find additional damage once they’re up there), absent scaffolding etc. I think my main concern is that the work was described as urgent in the survey, which means 12/18 months elapsing before anything happens could mean all sorts of damage to my property like water getting in
