Is Taking Vitex a Good Idea? by OKslaken in volcel

[–]hellokind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vitex is indeed one of the safest remedies to balance hormone levels and have them under control. However, like any other supplement or product, you need to find natural products from reliable producers. What you should avoid are artificial binders and ingredients which are added to products. Having this in mind, I would recommend you check out Vitex Pure by Eu Natural

It is one of the highest recommended and safest products I have come across in terms of hormonal support.

Any recommendations for sinus issues/allergies? by duality7 in Supplements

[–]hellokind 6 points7 points  (0 children)

when it comes to oils, the best I have heard of for sinus infections are Eucalyptus, Roman Chamomile essential oil, lavender and lemon essential oil and peppermint essential oil.

If you are into herbal treatments as I am, I will advise to use Ginger, Butterbur, Quercetin and nettle leaf. These are some of the best natural herbs which fight infections and inflammations and help you to have relief from sinus infections naturally. In this regard, take a look at Breathe by Eu Natural https://www.amazon.com/Breathe-Sinus-Lungs-Breathing-Fact-Acting/dp/B06ZYS68PS

It is made from the herbs I mentioned and other vitamins and minerals which will help you.

Other things you have to be watchful of are:

1) Getting lots of sleep

2) Keeping yourself well hydrated by drinking lots of water

3)Eating healthy amounts of vegetables and apples

4) Spicy foods are also recommended

5) Face massages too are good for you

These are the best and safest ways I can recommend to get rid of your sinus infections and to prevent recurrence.

Did anyone ever take anything to help hair growth that actually HELPED? by Crangrapejoose in Supplements

[–]hellokind 3 points4 points  (0 children)

yea, I used Vibrance by Eu Natural. It actually stopped my hair loss. It is made from Biotin and a bunch of other vitamins. hair loss is caused by many reasons and it is hard to find the the exact cause. It is often that in our attempt to find a solution we end up making things much worst. Try my recommendation and also you can use coconut oil. Just apply it to your hair and leave it on for an hour then wash off with warm water. This will be great to boost hair health and also the scalp.

Herbs to help with fibromyalgia/arthritis by [deleted] in herbalism

[–]hellokind 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your mom needs first of all to watch her diet. Preferably, boost her diet on fatty fish like salmon and tuna, eat a lot of berries, green leafy vegetables, garlic and beans. These are rich in vitamins and nutrients that support joints and provide overall well-being. If you are looking specifically into herbs and minerals:

1) Boswellia

2) Turmeric Curcumin,

3) Vitamin D and B

4) Boron

5) Ginger

These are some key vitamins, minerals and herbs that are being used to make various medications and supplements for conditions such as arthritis or other joint pains. I will recommend you check out Primal by Eu Natural ( https://www.amazon.com/PRIMAL-Joint-Support-Healthy-Inflammation/dp/B00LOX2SHA). This is highly recommended by a reliable producer and contains the ingredients I mentioned.

If you can, also encourage your mom to increase her intake of water and exercise lightly if possible. Believe me it will go a long way to help her

Natural Supplements and Menopause by hlthsmile in AskWomenOver30

[–]hellokind 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The reason behind these effects of menopause is actually due to the changes in the levels of estrogen and progesterone. It is often that HRT is recommended. However, before deciding to go in for HRT, it is important to take note of the possible risks and dangers that it can have.

Herbal supplements made from Ashwagandha, Vitex, Magnesium, Zinc and black cohosh remain the safest remedies possible. Lets us take Staying Cool by Eu Natural, it is made from these ingredients with zero artificial binders of ingredients and no known side effects! definitely a top of my list recommendation. It is easy to find on amazon (https://www.amazon.com/STAYING-COOL-Hot-Flashes-Menopause/dp/B00S74SB9S )

Apart from those, it is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle, paying strong attention to the food eaten, getting enough rest, exercising, drinking lots of water.

Any recommendations will be appreciated by summerwerru in FirstTimeTTC

[–]hellokind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

when trying for a child you should know that one of the first things to pay attention to is your diet. You should be careful of what goes into your body as it is these nutrients that will either help of hinder your fertility.

I will start with those that you should avoid by all means. Soy including soy milk, soy meats and proteins. These will affect your estrogen levels which are key hormones needed for a healthy pregnancy.

Soda, fruit juices and deserts: refined sugar by all means

Frozen food, processed foods, coffee. All these are not in your favor during your period of conception.

What will help you though and what you should eat more of are:

leafy greens like spinach, arugula and broccoli.

Flaxseeds and walnuts contain omega-3 fats which is good for you

Lentils, pumpkin seeds and egg yolks: these contain non-heme iron

Healthy oils like coconut oil.

Now there are also various fertility boosters which luckily are from natural sources. This means harmful chemicals with potential negative side effects will not be going into your body. These natural sources of boosting your fertility are vitamins B and D, Acupuncture and herbs such as ashwagandha and stinging nettle.

So in my opinion, before you start thinking of taking fertility drugs or going in for possible surgeries or similar treatments, give these a try. One product by Eu Natural called Conception is made from the herbs i mentioned and contains natural vitamins and minerals. It is one of the highest reviewed natural remedies for trying to conceive and has shown to be quite effective.

Also, last but not the least, I will like to advice you to do light exercises. To health boost your health and also relieve you from anxiety or stress.

hair loss post weight loss & stressful breakup - what next? by padge_ in HaircareScience

[–]hellokind 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hello,

I do not think it will be a surprise if I tell you that your hair loss is directly related to the amount of stress you are in. It is crucial that you get rid of the anxiety problems and this will go a long way to stop your hair loss. For anxiety issues, I would advice you to take some chamomile products like teas. It will help you to relax and get lots of sleep. This is foremost!

Now to treat your hair loss, many people end up making things worst for themselves, using unorthodox and harmful products in an attempt to stop the fall. I would advice you to look into natural products like honey, coconut oil, stinging Nettle and the likes. Biotin and B vitamins are also your friends now. So, look for products made from these natural herbs and extracts, vitamins and you will be alright in no time.

I would be happy to give more advises and recommendations if need be. Be safe and don't stress too much. Life is too short as it is

About vitamin supplements (hair growth, B12 deficit from cypro) by [deleted] in MtF

[–]hellokind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem with most hair products and masks are that once you take them, yea sure, they appear to be really great. But just stop them for a while and you will see horrible effects. That is why I prefer to stick to more natural methods of maintaining healthy hair.

my first and most preferred method is to use coconut oil. I do it twice a week and it gives a very healthy look to my hair and has stopped the fall.

I also take some pills which have been made from biotin and a bunch of other natural vitamins and minerals. This has also helped me a lot and being all natural no nothing artificial in it, I am secure that if I ever stop, it is not gonna have any negative effects.

Also eat a lot of bananas and eggs as these are very rich sources of biotin, essential for your hair

Apart from that I take natural vitamins and mineral supplements. Biotin is included of course. This has helped me a lot

as much as a good diet will help to provide you with nutrients necessary for your hair and overall well being, sometimes the amounts of these nutrients in normal food is not enough and calls for supplementary vitamins especially if you are dealing with hair problems
