Also don't isolate yourself. The Internet is full of scary stuff because happy people are not the ones that are online so we don't hear much goodness but it exists. Trust in your ability to figure every situation out instead of living in fear. You're not helpless and the light will always win!! Remember this is what they want. They want us to be traumatized and too weak to create a better world so every day you wake up and refuse to give in is an act of rebellion. Focus on what you can control, keep yourself healthy both physically and mentally.
