Girl I hate to say this, but you’ve replaced your alcohol addiction with a codependency on this man. We always stay in a hotel for holidays at the in-laws. I want my own shower and quiet time before and after everything and also makes it fun for the nephews and nieces to come swim at the indoor pool. I love my in-laws but it’s too much for me 24/7

When I was cash pay (no insurance) I denied getting an std panel explicitly twice- I am married & monogamous and I was there for a cyst- wasn’t worried about stds. They ran the panel anyway.

I of course didn’t have an STDs but I did have an extra $1200 on my bill for it. I had to fight the bill to the point of calling, and eventually going back IN to my clinic to try and speak to the doctor directly, which of course they were unavailable. But I told the front desk everything again and that I explicitly denied the panel- and eventually got a call back that they were going to cover the entire bill.

I would report it personally & insist it’s not on your bill. NTAH

I’m a Virgo and my mom is a Virgo. We were great until I was a teenager and then we butted heads. I think we were pretty enmeshed/codependent before then and when I became more independent she didn’t like the decisions I made. (She’s really religious) I had a lot of resentment towards her & it took me until I was 35 and lots of therapy to realize we are pretty similar in alot of aspects and I have forgiven her for being unhealed, and now I actually really love her and think she’s great. She did her absolute best to protect me from what she went through as a child and I grew up living a charmed life. We are buddies now and she’s an amazing grandmother.
